About the Role

This role supports the design, improvement, and alignment of services and organisational structures within a large, complex ICT environment. The position contributes to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aimed at uplifting digital capability, strengthening governance, and improving consistency across service delivery models.

The successful candidate will review, analyse, and document how services are delivered across distributed operational environments, ensuring that operating models, workforce structures, and user experience are efficient, scalable, and fit-for-purpose.

Service Design

  • Help improve how services are delivered by focusing on user needs and experience.
  • Support workshops, journey mapping, and service documentation.
  • Help create clear and consistent service processes and standards.


Organisation Design

  • Review current team structures, roles, and workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the design of workforce structures and role clarity across different locations.
  • Help develop updated operating models and internal processes.


Change & Governance

  • Support communication, engagement, and basic change management activities.
  • Help create and maintain process documentation and governance materials.


Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting service design, organisational design, operating model, or business transformation initiatives in large, complex environments.
  • Practical experience with user-centred design techniques, such as journey mapping, co-design, and service blueprinting.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to assess structures, processes, and workforce models.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, working across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to change management activities.
  • Knowledge of government or enterprise governance and security frameworks is desirable, but not essential.
